Abstract

Comparative studies are reported on the reliability of the results in the determination of blood glucose by glucosooxidase-peroxidase and o-toluidine methods. Both methods have a good correlation. r = 0.9575 with n = 61. The results indicate that the GOD/POD method and o-toluidine method have a good reproducibility in time and series and high accuracy. Due to the poorer toxicity of GOD/POD-method its broader implementation in routine practice is recommended.

报告了葡萄糖氧化酶-过氧化物酶法和邻甲苯胺法测定血糖结果的可靠性比较研究。两种方法具有良好的相关性,n = 61时,r = 0.9575。结果表明,葡萄糖氧化酶/过氧化物酶法和邻甲苯胺法在时间和系列上具有良好的重复性和高精度。由于葡萄糖氧化酶/过氧化物酶法毒性较小,建议在常规实践中更广泛地应用。
