[Wilms' tumor with an unusual presentation].

The case history of a 8 year old boy is described who presented with haematuria without other signs or symptoms. No abdominal mass could be palpated. Excretory urography revealed a tumor in the right pyelum . Histological examination confirmed the diagnosis. The tumor was mainly located in the submucosal area of the right pyelum and proximal ureter.
