A combined clinical and neurophysiological study of 12 clinically healthy subjects under conditions of strict bed regimen was carried out. The data obtained have shown that hypokinesia in initially healthy subjects induces a complex of neurological changes expressed as the neurosis-like vegetative-dystonic syndrome attended with reflectory-motor and cerebrovascular disorders. Similar alterations prevail in patients with "nosogenic" hypokinesia when the motor sphere is impaired. Muscular electrostimulation is proved advisable as a therapeutic-prophylactic means for hypokinetic changes in the nervous system.
对12名临床健康受试者在严格卧床条件下进行了临床与神经生理学的联合研究。所获数据表明,原本健康的受试者出现运动减少会引发一系列神经变化,表现为类似神经症的植物神经 - 张力障碍综合征,并伴有反射性运动和脑血管紊乱。当运动领域受损时,“致病源性”运动减少的患者也普遍存在类似改变。事实证明,肌肉电刺激作为一种治疗 - 预防手段,对神经系统的运动减少性变化是可取的。
