Abstract

31 carcinomata, 14 benign neoplasms, 3 mastopathies and human placenta tissue were investigated with autoantibodies of defined specificity using an indirect immunofluorescence method. In the cells of carcinomata and the trophoblast layer of the placenta studied, immunofluorescent staining with antimitochondrial antibodies were strongly positive and membranously when compared with cells of benign tumors. The negative results obtained with other autoantibodies in the same material indicate the specificity of the reaction.

采用间接免疫荧光法,用具有特定特异性的自身抗体对31例癌、14例良性肿瘤、3例乳腺病及人胎盘组织进行了研究。在所研究的癌组织细胞和胎盘滋养层细胞中,与良性肿瘤细胞相比,抗线粒体抗体的免疫荧光染色呈强阳性且呈膜状。同一材料中其他自身抗体得到的阴性结果表明了该反应的特异性。
