True teratoma of the liver--report of a case and review of the literature--.

A true teratoma of the liver seen in 20 year-old female was successfully resected. Dysgerminoma of her left ovary had been resected 8 years prior to the right hepatic lobectomy. Previous reports on 8 other cases of true teratoma of the liver were briefly reviewed.
