The analysis of the literary data and the results of own research testifies that the lipids and carbohydrates metabolism disturbance in food is one of the decisive factors of pathogenetic arteriosclerosis and coronary disease. A long balanced diet in particular in fats and carbohydrates favours the normalization of the metabolic processes in stabilization of the organism.
对文献资料的分析以及自身研究结果表明,食物中脂质和碳水化合物代谢紊乱是动脉粥样硬化和冠心病发病机制的决定性因素之一。长期均衡饮食,尤其是脂肪和碳水化合物方面的均衡饮食,有利于机体稳定过程中代谢过程的正常化。
