Abstract

A stable decrease in the polypotent CFUs pool of CBA mice was observed after long-term irradiation the cumulative doses being 10 Gy (0.06-0.5 Gy/day) and 1.8-2 Gy (0.01 and 0.5 Gy/day). With the comparable values of the cumulative dose the share of the unrepaired part of the haemopoietic pool increased with the increase in total time of exposure.

在长期照射后,观察到CBA小鼠多能集落形成单位(CFU)池稳定减少,累积剂量分别为10 Gy(0.06 - 0.5 Gy/天)和1.8 - 2 Gy(0.01和0.5 Gy/天)。在累积剂量相当的情况下,造血池未修复部分的比例随着总暴露时间的增加而增加。
