[Absolute indications for the CO2 and the neodyn-YAG laser: use in neurosurgery].

Experiences with both laser systems--CO2 and Nd:YAG lasers--during a period of 8 years have revealed wider surgical possibilities. Adequate laser application should be considered as a conditio sine qua non, since possible failures might produce discredit of the entire technique.
