In 73 comatose patients after cerebral trauma a computer-assisted study was done prospectively in relation to the clinical findings, the course, morbidity, and mortality as well as computer analysed EEG. The patients were examined at the 3rd, 6th, and 9 th day after trauma. The state of consciousness was scaled in 10 points and correlated to the numerous EEG results (spectral analysis and power in the delta-, sigma-, alpha-, and beta-range). As well it shows, the alpha-band gives the best correlation to the clinical findings and permit a certain prognosis.
对73例脑外伤后昏迷患者进行了前瞻性计算机辅助研究,涉及临床发现、病程、发病率、死亡率以及计算机分析的脑电图。在创伤后的第3天、第6天和第9天对患者进行检查。意识状态按10分制进行评分,并与大量脑电图结果(频谱分析以及δ、σ、α和β频段的功率)相关联。结果还表明,α频段与临床发现的相关性最佳,并可做出一定的预后判断。
