Pathogenetically three types of primary angleclosure glaucoma can be differentiated. 1. Iridolenticular block; 2. Irido-trabecular block, 3. Cilioirido-lenticular block. The different types of angle-closure glaucoma are characterized by particular morphologic and functional criteria. Their therapy varies and should be oriented toward this classifikation.
从发病机制上可区分出三种原发性闭角型青光眼。1. 虹膜晶状体阻滞；2. 虹膜小梁阻滞；3. 睫状虹膜晶状体阻滞。不同类型的闭角型青光眼具有特定的形态学和功能标准。它们的治疗方法各异，应基于这种分类来确定。
