The therapy results of inhalation of carbon dioxide (oxycarbon) together with the infusion therapy (Dextran, a.s.o.) carried out on 63 patients having acute acoustic trauma are presented and discussed. These results are superior to the results obtained by carbon dioxide therapy only or by infusion therapy only.
