Abstract
A model has been devised that provides at a glance, a summary of the relative importance of the physical, psychological, and social aspects of a patient's problem as assessed at the consultation. Its presence in the notes, alongside a medical diagnosis, allows treatment to be planned along recognised lines, while still keeping other aspects of the problem in perspective. It is suggested that this may lead to more appropriate management.

已经设计出一种模式，该模式能一目了然地提供在会诊时对患者问题的身体、心理和社会方面相对重要性的总结。它出现在病历中，与医学诊断并列，使治疗能够按照公认的思路进行规划，同时仍能兼顾问题的其他方面。有人认为，这可能会带来更恰当的管理。
