Thirty patients with suspected obstruction of blood flow in the iliofemoral venous segment were examined by radioisotope phlebography and ultrasonic flowmetry. Comparative appraisal of the diagnostic precision of both methods of examination was made. In 93.3% of cases the results of these methods of examination coincided. Combination of the two methods makes the examination more exact and widens their diagnostic possibilities.
对30例疑似髂股静脉段血流梗阻的患者进行了放射性核素静脉造影和超声血流测定检查。对这两种检查方法的诊断准确性进行了比较评估。在93.3%的病例中，这两种检查方法的结果一致。两种方法联合使用可使检查更加准确，并扩大其诊断可能性。
