Abstract
Reports of local and systemic complications from topically applied corticosteroids used in the treatment of inflammatory dermatoses warrant a re-examination of other methods of therapy. The specific measures suggested in this paper for treating seborrheic dermatitis, psoriasis, and atopic dermatitis may also be applied to eczematous eruptions that are in similar stages of development.

用于治疗炎症性皮肤病的局部应用皮质类固醇激素引起局部和全身并发症的报告，使得有必要重新审视其他治疗方法。本文中建议的治疗脂溢性皮炎、银屑病和特应性皮炎的具体措施，也可应用于处于相似发展阶段的湿疹性皮疹。
