By the aid of four different indicator systems E-, EAC- and D-rosette-forming cells in human peripheral blood were investigated. It was demonstrated, that the indicator system consisting of sheep red blood cells and complement-conjugated zymosan particles is the most effectively. Approximately, 60% of lymphocytes form E- and approximately, 13-15% EAC-rosettes. Besides T- and B-lymphocytes in all donors of blood were detected so-called D-lymphocytes. The number of D-lymphocytes ranged from 0,5% to 7%. D-lymphocytes are heterogeneous, evaluated by the number of fixed T- and B-indicator cells on their surface.
借助四种不同的指示系统,对人外周血中的E -、EAC -和D -玫瑰花结形成细胞进行了研究。结果表明,由绵羊红细胞和补体结合的酵母聚糖颗粒组成的指示系统最为有效。大约60%的淋巴细胞形成E -玫瑰花结,大约13 - 15%形成EAC -玫瑰花结。此外,在所有献血者的血液中除了检测到T淋巴细胞和B淋巴细胞外,还发现了所谓的D淋巴细胞。D淋巴细胞的数量在0.5%至7%之间。D淋巴细胞是异质性的,可通过其表面固定的T和B指示细胞的数量来评估。
