Abstract
Since 1953 when for the first time author pointed at correlation between clinical-neuroleptic effectiveness and the extrapyramidal system, more than 50,000 investigations with 30 different short-term and long-term neuroleptics have been carried out on approximately 850 schizophrenics whose extrapyramidal fine movements were tested according to author's handwriting-test. The results have been comprehended by author as follows: 1. the neuroleptic threshold; 2. the neuroleptic potency according to the neuroleptic threshold; 3. the neuroleptic therapeutic range; 4. the disposition to the neuroleptic threshold-dosage.
摘要
自1953年作者首次指出临床抗精神病药疗效与锥体外系之间的相关性以来，已对约850名精神分裂症患者进行了50000多项研究，使用了30种不同的短期和长期抗精神病药，并根据作者的笔迹测试对其锥体外系精细运动进行了测试。作者对结果的理解如下：1.抗精神病药阈值；2.根据抗精神病药阈值的抗精神病药效力；3.抗精神病药治疗范围；4.对抗精神病药阈值剂量的易感性。
