Non T suppressor cells in the lymph nodes of mice bearing methylcholanthrene-induced sarcomas.

Normal LNC from B10 mice were sensitized in vitro by 6-day cultivation on layers of irradiated syngeneic sarcoma cells. The effect of the generated cytotoxic lymphocytes was then inhibited by the admixture of suppressor cells present in the lymph nodes of tumour-bearing mice. The suppressor cell activity was not abrogated after treatment with anti-T serum + complement.
