It was shown in dog experiments that the structure of the hemocirculatory channel of the regeneration neuroma correlates with the peculiarities of the structure of its connective tissue, which depends on the character of the suture material used for connecting segments of the nerve, namely, silk or black supramide. The distribution of the regenerating nerve fibres in the region of the injury is linked with the character of distribution of the vessels of the nerve scar.
