This report deals with a female patient with Wegener's granulomatosis, exhibiting characteristic asymptomatic lung disease and palpable purpura but also a granulomatous vasculitis of the intestine which led to multiple perforations. Therapy with cyclophosphamide and corticosteroids brought remission of all lesions.
