[Papillary hemorrhage associated with posterior vitreous detachment].

Three cases of papillary hemorrhage associated with posterior vitreous detachment are reported. One still has a visual field defect after two years. The resemblance between these hemorrhages and those found in some cases of chronic simple glaucoma is discussed.
