[Plasma histamine level in anesthesia with enflurane].

Plasma histamine levels during enflurane anaesthesia were studied in 14 oral surgery patients without any history of allergy and general disease except for the oral region. Plasma histamine was measured using a fluorometric method combined with high speed liquid chromatography. The difference between the histamine levels measured at each time before and during oral surgery was not significant.
