We feel sure that the different psychoanalytical interpretations concerning antisemitism as a general phenomenon or concerning the personality of the antisemite each contain part of the truth. We simply wish to show that one of the possible explanations of antisemitism is to be found in narcissistic disturbances of the personality. We study four fascist writers: Louis-Ferdinand Céline, Lucien Rebatet, Robert Brasillach and Pierre Drieu La Rochelle. We come to the conclusion that the racist and antisemitic attitudes of these writers are caused by a lack of empathy and that this becomes a party to narcissistic disturbances of the personality.
我们确信，关于反犹主义这一普遍现象或反犹主义者的人格的不同精神分析解释都各自包含了部分真相。我们只是想表明，反犹主义的一种可能解释可以在人格的自恋性障碍中找到。我们研究了四位法西斯作家：路易-费迪南·塞利纳、吕西安·勒巴泰、罗贝尔·布拉西拉赫和皮埃尔·德里厄·拉罗谢尔。我们得出的结论是，这些作家的种族主义和反犹主义态度是由缺乏同理心造成的，而这成为了人格自恋性障碍的一部分。
