Abstract
Gallium nitrate in doses of 100-200 mg/m2/day was continuously infused for 7 consecutive days to 12 patients with advanced hypernephroma. Since nephrotoxicity was moderate and no objective tumor response was observed in ten adequately treated cases, further trials with this agent for hypernephroma are unwarrented.
摘要
对12例晚期肾细胞癌患者连续7天每天以100 - 200 mg/m²的剂量持续输注硝酸镓。由于在10例得到充分治疗的病例中肾毒性为中度且未观察到客观的肿瘤反应，因此没必要再用该药物对肾细胞癌进行进一步试验。
