As in other medical fields there also exist psychosomatic diseases in urology which appear in the form of functional disturbances. Besides alterations of the diuresis, mainly an irritable bladder, symptoms of enuresis, urinary retention and additionally symptoms of chronic prostatitis and disturbances of sexual potency. In order to explore the psychic etiology usually a psychiatric examination is necessary with the aim to start adequate treatment.
与其他医学领域一样，泌尿外科也存在心身疾病，其表现为功能障碍。除了利尿改变外，主要是膀胱易激惹、遗尿症状、尿潴留，此外还有慢性前列腺炎症状和性功能障碍。为了探究心理病因，通常需要进行精神科检查，以便开始适当的治疗。
