["Hypertension" caused by blood pressure determination with a small cuff].

Blood pressure reading in children needs cuffs with appropriate width (and length). Using wrongly small cuffs results in "hypertension" causing unnecessary diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. This presentation of three cases is intended to underline this problem.
