[Action on human fibrinogen of anti-sera against fibrinogen dissociated chains (author's transl)].

The preparation of immune anti-sera against A alpha, B beta and gamma chains of human fibrinogen is described. Using these anti-sera, the authors have shown that the antigenic parts of the gamma chain are masked inside the molecule of fibrinogen and are not accessible on the surface of the molecule.
