The ECG after work of 60 patients after an acute myocardial infarction was examined before and after a 4-week physical training as well as 6 months after the acute phase of the infarction. In the precordial leads the changes of the amplitude of the R-waves and the RS-complex as well as the depression of the ST-segment during the bicycle ergometer load and the delta-values were determined. The investigations evoked to the end of the training programme a significant decrease of the delta-values, which again increased at a later control. The change is explained by the haemodynamic and anti-ischaemic effect of the training programme.
对60例急性心肌梗死后患者在工作状态下的心电图进行了检查,分别在4周体育训练前后以及心肌梗死急性期6个月后进行。在前胸导联中,测定了在自行车测力计负荷期间R波和RS复合波的振幅变化以及ST段压低情况和差值。这些研究在训练计划结束时引起差值显著下降,而在后来的复查时又再次升高。这种变化可以通过训练计划的血流动力学和抗缺血作用来解释。
