From 1967 to 1983, 82 neoplasms of the infantile hand were seen at our clinic. According to the WHO-Classification 30 were genuine tumours and 52 tumour-like lesions. An analysis of the cases is given. Surgery is the therapy of choice.
1967年至1983年期间，我院门诊共诊治82例婴幼儿手部肿瘤。根据世界卫生组织的分类，其中30例为真性肿瘤，52例为肿瘤样病变。现对这些病例进行分析。手术是首选治疗方法。
