[Soft tissue and skeletal tumors of the hand in infancy and childhood].

From 1967 to 1983, 82 neoplasms of the infantile hand were seen at our clinic. According to the WHO-Classification 30 were genuine tumours and 52 tumour-like lesions. An analysis of the cases is given. Surgery is the therapy of choice.
