Abstract

The effects of ultraviolet irradiation on granulocyte chemotaxis and nitroblue tetrazolium reduction activities were studied in healthy volunteers. An increase of polymorphonuclear chemotaxis takes place after five irradiations, while the nitroblue tetrazolium reduction activity remains practically unchanged.
