[Generalized melanosis of the colon associated with multiple recto-colonic adenomas].

A case of diffuse rectocolonic melanosis in association with severely dysplasic recurring multiple adenomas is reported. The rarity of the condition gives rise to remarks based on a review of recent literature on the subject.
