In experiments on mice it was shown that cystamine exerts its protective action not only against the concurrent effect of ionizing radiation and weak thermal injury but also against the effect of heat (burn) 48 h after irradiation with a midlethal dose (30-day-death decreased from 95 to 20%).
在对小鼠的实验中表明，胱胺不仅对电离辐射和轻度热损伤的同时作用具有保护作用，而且对中等致死剂量照射（30天死亡率从95%降至20%）48小时后的热（烧伤）作用也具有保护作用。
