Abstract

The exogenous administration of cAMP to nonirradiated mice slightly stimulates the haemopoietic stem cell migration, does not promote colony-formation in the spleen, in conditions of the endotest, and has no therapeutic effect on the irradiated rats and hamsters.

向未受照射的小鼠外源给予环磷酸腺苷（cAMP）会轻微刺激造血干细胞迁移，在内测试条件下不会促进脾脏中的集落形成，并且对受照射的大鼠和仓鼠没有治疗作用。
