[Diagnostic value of electronystagmography in closed head injuries].

Electronystagmographic recordings were performed in 82 patients, 2 to 3 days after a closed head injury with cerebral concussion. Sensibilization procedures (positional tests, sleep) enabled detection of vestibular disorders in more than 80% of cases with mild signs of brain stem disorders, and in more than half of the patients with no clinical abnormalities.
