[Cloning of bone marrow stromal fibroblasts from a focus of aseptic femur head necrosis].

The number of bone marrow stromal precursors was studied by means of cloning in a patient with aseptic necrosis of the caput femoris. The precursors of stromal fibroblasts were detected in the spongious bone of aseptic necrosis, their number depended upon the patient age, stage and duration of the disease and its etiological factor.
