The number of bone marrow stromal precursors was studied by means of cloning in a patient with aseptic necrosis of the caput femoris. The precursors of stromal fibroblasts were detected in the spongious bone of aseptic necrosis, their number depended upon the patient age, stage and duration of the disease and its etiological factor.
采用克隆技术对一名股骨头无菌性坏死患者的骨髓基质前体细胞数量进行了研究。在无菌性坏死的松质骨中检测到了基质成纤维细胞的前体细胞，其数量取决于患者的年龄、疾病分期、病程及其病因。
