MMPI data presented by Small, Madero, Gross, Teagno, Leib, and Ebert (1981), contrary to the authors' conclusion, show distinct differences, consistent with the clinical diagnosis in the case of the schizophrenic patients, and suggestive of an affective disorder in the anorexic patients.
