Because of the rarity of primary duodenal cancer, the coexistence of this disease with gastric cancer is very rare. The case presented herein suffered from two carcinomas of the duodenum and six gastric cancers. The patient was 71-year-old man who underwent subtotal gastrectomy and pancreatoduodenectomy. Pathologic studies showed that all of the gastric and one of the duodenal cancers were limited to the mucosal layer and that the other duodenal tumor invaded to the pancreas. Several cases of double cancers in the duodenum and the stomach have been reported in Japan, and this is first of multiple carcinomas of the duodenum associated with multiple gastric cancers.
由于原发性十二指肠癌罕见，这种疾病与胃癌并存的情况极为罕见。本文所介绍的病例患有两处十二指肠癌和六处胃癌。患者为一名71岁男性，接受了胃次全切除术和胰十二指肠切除术。病理研究表明，所有胃癌及一处十二指肠癌局限于黏膜层，另一处十二指肠肿瘤侵犯至胰腺。在日本已报道了数例十二指肠和胃部的双重癌症病例，而这是首例十二指肠多发癌合并多发胃癌的病例。
