Abstract
In a group of 11 patients with Sjögren's syndrome bromhexine improved tear secretion in 7 cases and salivary secretion in 4. The efficacy of the drug, in particular in patients in whom the syndrome has been present for a short time, was thus confirmed.

在一组11例干燥综合征患者中，溴己新使7例患者的泪液分泌得到改善，4例患者的唾液分泌得到改善。由此证实了该药的疗效，尤其是对患病时间较短的患者。
