Abstract
The appliance of tube manometry in clinical routine is reported as a simple and valuable method to judge tube function. By tube manometry treatment, conservative and operation, of both tube and middle ear, may be judged. Examples are given for the application of tube manometry in clinical routine.

管测压法在临床常规中的应用被报道为一种判断咽鼓管功能的简单且有价值的方法。通过管测压法，可以判断对咽鼓管和中耳进行的保守治疗及手术治疗效果。文中给出了管测压法在临床常规应用中的实例。
