Abstract
HPLC packing (Neosorb LC), which is an improved alternative resin of RPC-5, was prepared from fine granular Neosorb ND (polychlorotrifuluoroethylene powder) and Adogen 464. Various mononucleotides and oligonucleotides were separated very well by HPLC with this packing depending on the chain length, internucleotidic linkage, base composition, base sequence, and position and number of terminal phosphate residue.

高效液相色谱填料（Neosorb LC）是RPC - 5的一种改良替代树脂，由细颗粒Neosorb ND（聚氯三氟乙烯粉末）和Adogen 464制备而成。使用这种填料的高效液相色谱法能根据链长、核苷酸间连接、碱基组成、碱基序列以及末端磷酸残基的位置和数量，很好地分离各种单核苷酸和寡核苷酸。
