Two pediatric cases with internal jugular phlebectasia which showed specific clinical and radiographic features are described. CT and venography were useful in the diagnosis. Differential diagnosis of cervical masses which enlarge with Valsalva maneuver are also discussed with a review of the literature.
本文描述了两例具有特殊临床和影像学特征的小儿颈内静脉扩张症病例。CT和静脉造影对诊断有帮助。本文还结合文献复习，讨论了瓦尔萨尔瓦动作（Valsalva maneuver）后增大的颈部肿块的鉴别诊断。
