Abstract

We report 2 cases of internal jugular phlebectasia addressed to our ENT-Department for investigation. The sole clinical symptomatology was a latero-cervical right mass expanding with Valsalva's manoeuvre. We make an actualization of the theme's literature and recommend the echography as a method of choice for diagnose, being that technique non-invasive, quick and reproduceable.

我们报告了2例因接受检查而转诊至我院耳鼻喉科的颈内静脉扩张症病例。唯一的临床症状是右侧颈侧肿物，在瓦尔萨尔瓦动作时增大。我们对该主题的文献进行了更新，并推荐超声检查作为诊断的首选方法，因为该技术无创、快速且可重复。
