Local tumour-like lung amyloidosis (LTLA) in a woman of 58 is presented. The disease was not diagnosed clinically. Multiple, well delineated tumour-like, macro- and micronodular foci of amyloidosis were found in the lung at necropsy. The peculiarity of this case is the combination of LTLA with hematogenously disseminated tuberculosis.
本文报告了一名58岁女性的局限性肿瘤样肺淀粉样变性（LTLA）病例。临床上未作出诊断。尸检时在肺内发现多个界限清楚的肿瘤样淀粉样变性大结节和小结节病灶。该病例的特点是LTLA与血行播散性肺结核并存。
