The present study is an effort to investigate the dynamics of renal excretory function on the basis of an experimental estimation of the total excretion for given intervals of time. The usage of an improved and universalized variant of the mathematical model of Leary W.P. et al. for description of the cumulative curve of the excretory process makes possible the study of the excretory process after treatment with diuretics different in the strength and duration of their effect. It also allows to compare the results obtained after the administration of diuretics under different conditions. A computer programme has been elaborated with the purpose of implementing the suggested model into practice and of determining the numerical characteristics used to describe the dynamics of the excretory process.
本研究旨在基于对给定时间间隔内总排泄量的实验估计,探讨肾脏排泄功能的动态变化。使用Leary W.P.等人数学模型的改进和通用变体来描述排泄过程的累积曲线,使得研究不同作用强度和持续时间的利尿剂治疗后的排泄过程成为可能。它还允许比较在不同条件下给予利尿剂后获得的结果。为了将所建议的模型应用于实践并确定用于描述排泄过程动态的数值特征,已编制了一个计算机程序。
