An analysis of the results of treatment of 108 patients with Hodgkin's disease, Stage III, has shown a high efficacy of multiple modality treatment in children followed-up for 5 yrs. A comparative analysis of the results of the therapeutic programs (2 groups of patients) has shown advantages of the therapeutic program using COPP or CVPP chemotherapy programs for inducing remission which when combined with splenectomy and radiotherapy makes it possible to achieve 5-year survival in 86.6% of children.
对108例Ⅲ期霍奇金病患者的治疗结果分析显示，多模式治疗对儿童具有高效性，随访5年。对治疗方案（两组患者）结果的对比分析表明，使用COPP或CVPP化疗方案诱导缓解的治疗方案具有优势，该方案与脾切除术和放射治疗相结合，可使86.6%的儿童实现5年生存率。
