弹响肩胛：三例报告

Snapping scapula or retroscapular pain is uncommon, and few cases require surgical intervention. In three cases the symptoms were such as to eventually require surgery. No obvious cause was found but excision of the 2 cm of the medial scapular border resulted in prompt and permanent pain relief. Why this should be so is a mystery.

肩胛骨弹响或肩胛后疼痛并不常见，很少有病例需要手术干预。有三例患者的症状最终需要手术治疗。未发现明显病因，但切除肩胛骨内侧缘2厘米后疼痛立即得到持久缓解。为何如此仍是个谜。
