Abstract
A hyperacute, a classic, and a subtle case of thallium neuropathy are described. The importance of clinical clues for investigation economy is stressed. Although the indications are not yet well-defined, toxic neuropathy is a field for the use of enteral dialysis and other non-invasive elimination procedures.
