Abstract
The purpose of this report was to describe an adaptation of the necrotactic assay for pharmacological studies. The target cell was substituted by microcapsules, neutral by themselves, which can be filled with well defined chemical substances. Some results obtained with the well known chemotactic substance formyl-methionyl-leucyl-phenylalanine and various inflammatory mediators (histamine, 5-hydroxytryptamine, PGE2 and PGF2 alpha) were exposed.

本报告的目的是描述一种用于药理学研究的坏死趋化试验的改良方法。靶细胞被微胶囊替代，微胶囊本身呈中性，可填充明确的化学物质。展示了用著名的趋化物质甲酰甲硫氨酰亮氨酰苯丙氨酸以及各种炎症介质（组胺、5-羟色胺、前列腺素E2和前列腺素F2α）所获得的一些结果。
