A report is given on a patient with only one kidney after a donor-nephrectomy on the left side and suffering from a cancer in the distal part of the right ureter. In order to avoid nephrostomy, ureterostomy or autotransplantation the remaining part of the left ureter was used in an end-to-end-transureterostomy. Longtime ureteral nonfunction does not seem to contraindicate this procedure.
报告了一名患者，其左侧供肾肾切除术后仅余一个肾脏，且右输尿管远端患有癌症。为避免肾造瘘术、输尿管造口术或自体肾移植，在端端经输尿管吻合术中使用了左输尿管的剩余部分。长期输尿管无功能似乎并不妨碍这一手术。
