[Proglumetacin: a flexible and safe anti-inflammatory agent for effective clinical practice].

Abstract
Thirty-six patients with orthopedic disorders were treated with proglumetacin. Therapeutic efficacy was rated as good or very good in 97% of patients. The overall mean of symptoms decreased by 75% in patients with acute diseases and by 61% in patients with chronic diseases. Tolerance was very good in all patients but one (97%).
