Abstract
One hundred and sixty-nine aphakic eyes underwent secondary implantation of anterior chamber lenses. The postoperative visual acuity decreased by one or more lines in five eyes (3%), remained the same in 71 eyes (42%), and improved by one or more lines in 93 eyes (55%). The presence of macular degeneration, background diabetic retinopathy, and open-angle glaucoma with a cup-to-disc ratio of 0.6 or less did not contribute to any visual deterioration.
摘要
169只无晶状体眼接受了前房型人工晶状体二期植入术。术后视力下降1行或更多行的有5只眼（3%），视力不变的有71只眼（42%），视力提高1行或更多行的有93只眼（55%）。黄斑变性、糖尿病性视网膜病变及杯盘比为0.6或更小的开角型青光眼的存在均未导致任何视力恶化。
